Nasya Therapy with Varma
Herbal Oils are applied to the nasal passage. The nose is the pathway to the senses and consciousness. Nasya purifies these pathways. Helps with upper respiratory function, psychological and neuromuscular imbalances.

Ayurvedic/Siddha Follow-Up Session (for existing clients)
Ongoing holistic health and wellness counseling. In person or online.

Warm herbalized oil is retained within a boundary and is kept for a certain period of time. It is a local application of oil to joint or energy points. It treats imbalances and pain in areas like the neck, back, joints, etc.
