I am very happy to announce two upcoming Minimalistic Movement Classes here in Encinitas this fall! Rooted in the ancient and time-proven Siddha practices from the AgaGuru Lineage these sessions are simple yet powerful—designed to gently nourish the body while strengthening the lymph, lungs, digestion, and joint mobility.
